Greens

The Greens is a green district (thus the name) by Emaar, the same property development company responsible for some of the most well-known communities in Dubai, including The Views and one of Dubai’s most prestigious addresses, Emirates Hills. Incidentally, The Views is a subcommunity of The Greens, while Emirates Hills 2 abuts The Greens on the latter’s southwestern side.

The Greens has 40 low-rise residential apartment towers clustered into 10 complexes.
