Terms

- This promotion will be in effect from November 11th to December 7th, 2023.

- For each pair of shoes a customer sends in for cleaning to Washmen, they will automatically enter a random draw. If an order only includes shoes for donation, it will not qualify as an entry.

- Weekly announcements of the winners, identified by their order numbers, will be made on the Washmen Instagram page, and the winners will be notified directly.

- There will be a total of four winners throughout the campaign, with one winner selected each week. Each winner will receive a full weekend pass to Sole DXB for themselves and a plus one.

- Participating in the campaign does not require donating shoes, but customers have the option to do so. Shoes that are thrifted will go to Thrift for Good, a charity thrift store in Dubai that supports children’s charity projects worldwide. - Sole DXB bears no responsibility for the cleaning quality. If, by any rare chance, a pair of shoes is not properly cleaned or is damaged, Washmen will arrange for the shoes to be collected for reassessment, re-cleaning, or rectification. The customer support team will then get in touch with the customer to discuss the subsequent steps.

- If by any chance, a pair of shoes is found missing, Washmen's customer service team will create a missing claim and will send the case to our claims team for further investigation. The assigned case manager shall update you in the next 24 to 48 hours about the next steps.
